 A few years ago I made a career change from a technical background in the Oil and Gas Industry to an Independent Usana Associate.
During the 80's my positions entailed designing and implementing computerized information and control systems for industrial plants. These changes happened when there were only a few secretary's that had computers and these were used mainly for word processing.
During this time a major portion of my positions could be described as Implementing Technology Changes
In the 90's I moved to the Middle East and became a Technical Instructor in a Career Training Institute. Although I was a Technical Instructor a major portion of my position entailed Implementing Cultural Change
Today evolving information technology is making a major change in the way information is being shared. I now plan to do my part in Implementing this Change.
